Our Registration, Mandate and Operations

We are registered under Section 8 (1) and 13 (2) of the Nigeria Cooperative Society Law Cap 28 of the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended. We are also registered with the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria Reg No SUIN75894198.

We serve primarily our members who must domicile in our area of registration (Cross River State) or living outside Cross River State but have substantial economic interest in the state. If you plan to sell goods and services into Cross River State or buy from the State through any of our cooperative market platforms, we consider you as one with substantial economic interest in the state, therefore, you are eligible to become our member

How to Become a Member

Register Online

Click the member self registration link to submit an application. You will be contacted by one of our staff to complete the process after which a member online user login details will be sent to you via your email on file to access your account on our digital platforms

Requirements for Registration

• Passport photograph
• National Identification
• Proof of residence / utility bill

Register at Our Office

Visit our home office at No 15 Parliamentary Road near Effio Ette Roundabout, Calabar, Cross River State to complete your registration form or any of our nearest offices to you.

Membership registration fees is NGN2000. If you have been a member before but became inactive for the past one year, you will pay a membership renewal fee of NGN1000

How Do I Make Yearly Payments?

We guarantee good returns in dividends on our shares, high interest gain on thrifts and low interest lending. Our loans are secured through cross-guarantee, ensuring members' assets remain protected.
