Registration: We are registered under Section 8 (1) and 13 (2) of the Nigeria Cooperative Society Law Cap 28 of the Laws of the the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended. We are registered with the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria Reg No SUIN75894198.
Address: Our office is located at No 15 Parliamentary Road, near Effio Ette Roundabout.

Our Vision

Be a leading Cooperative, providing purpose-fit financing solutions, contributing to sustain economic and social development of members and the society at large.
Our aim:
We aim to by the year 2027 be a social community of people with shared values, interest and opportunities . We will pull together and direct resources to transparently meet production, trading & businesses operation needs of members, in a way that would ultimately results to shared prosperity.
Objectives;
Our year in -year out objective is to serve member businesses and their personal development projects with financial and technical support. To become a market place for selling and buying at advantageous cost and prices to members
Targets:
We target to; I. Mobilise and sensitise members annually. II. Maintain shares, savings, investments and acquire grants to meet the business financial and capacity development needs of members II. Support members to develop and finance businesses and investments IV. Develop capacity of staff and build partnership to provide professional services to members
Scope of Operations
a. Thrift and regular savings among members only b. Lending to members on suitable terms and conditions, c. Serve generally as a Bank for our Social Community d. Operate joint businesses (Service facilities/farming/trading) e. Undertake such other activities necessary for the attainment of the objectives in our enabling Law.

We maintain different platforms for regular interaction and exchange with our members. We provide our members technical support and solutions to help grow their finances. Such platforms include;

Monthly Business Meetings

the Last Saturday of every month, members have the benefit of attending a business meeting where specific business management training is offered. Members have the option of attending physically or joining the training online. Monthly business meeting serves as training arena where members in a particular business area meet and get first hand information about supplies and sales channels, etc.

Weekly monday consultation

you can speak with a member of our management team and get professional advice on your business ideas or an ongoing one, reconcile your accounts or change your savings plan

our online business resource provides different content and downloadable materials and tools that members can use to support their business
